C
B-cell small lymphocytic lymphomas are low-grade malignant tumors composed of small lymphocytes resembling normal lymphocytes. Tumor cells diffusely infiltrating the lymph nodes may spill over into the blood and cause chronic lymphocytic leukemia. All other lymphomas listed are clinically more aggressive and have a poor prognosis.
