A 17-year-old patient had asymptomatic sharply defined punched out radiolucencies of the body of the mandible subjacent to vital molar teeth. She also had related lucencies in the cranium. Microscopically, the lesions consisted predominantly of round cells with scattered eosinophils. This is descriptive of:
