I disagree. Most homeless people do not deserve to be homeless, they were just victims of circumstances.

The main reason many (most) people tend to think it is someones own fault, is, "It would ruin their image of a Perfect World" (something could happen to them, and it could, it could happen to you (hope it doesn't)).

Many bad things can happen in one's lifetime: someone being fired from a job, or didn't pass a college test, etc, all of which, most others who know the victim tend to blame on the victim. However, it is not a persons falut when these bad things happen to them. We live in a society of incompetence, with mal intent bullies; we live in a frail and fragile world; we live in a world of natural disasters, floods, quakes, tornados, disease, layoffs, etc, where a person can slip and find themselves out of luck, its all too easy, and all too bad.
