Aquinass view on the ontological argument for God is that
 
 

a. the argument proves Gods existence.
  b. the argument should be rejected, because reason cannot prove Gods existence.
   c. the argument fails, because we do not have a perfect apprehension of Gods essence.
  d. the argument fails, because Gods essence has nothing to do with his existence.
