Hi, I have to write a project in epigenetic and I should integrate cell cultures methods. I know that we can culture the lymphoblastoid... is it common? Is it easy to isolate them from blood of normal people (without leukemia for example).

And what about the culture of buccal (from saliva) epithelial cells? Is it possible to cultured them?
