For optical lens, Blue light frequency 415-455 is blocked to protect our eyes, but not Blue light frequency 465-495, which is good for human emotion.

I would like to know on where to find reference for different light frequency effecting human.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions :>

Let's start with where you got this information from... What source did you use?
