I saw this question posted before but I can't find the answer I'm looking for. I just want help understanding the similarities and differences in the two feedbacks. Once I understand I think I'll be able to answer the question on my own.

Thanks!

Positive feedback: When the body stimulates change through the body (eg. Releasing hormones to stimulate contractions within the bother in order to release the baby during birth is positive feedback).

Negative feedback: Counteracting change within the body (eg. Regulation of blood sugar in humans - When blood sugar rises in the blood, insulin sends a signal to the liver, muscles and other cells to store the excess glucose).

Hope that helped!
