When working with poor clients, the social worker
 
  A. Needs to avoid discussing the client's view about being poor
  B. Explain to the client that the existing welfare polices and
  eligibility standards are for the client's own good
  C. Should expect the client to have a working knowledge of local,
  state, and federal programs that may be of assistance
  D. Must try to understand the emotional and mental state of the
