  A) indoor relief consisted of assistance provided in almshouses and other institutionalized
  settings and outdoor relief consisted of services provided in churches and open charity
  centers
  B) indoor relief consisted of assistance provided in almshouses and other institutionalized
  settings and outdoor relief consisted of services provided in the home environment of the
  person in need, including the delivery of food baskets and/or medicines
  C) outdoor relief consisted of assistance provided in almshouses and other institutionalized
  settings and indoor relief consisted of services provided in the home environment of the
  person in need, including the delivery of food baskets and/or medicines
  D) indoor relief consisted of assistance provided to prisoners, and outdoor relief consisted of
  services provided in hospitals, including the delivery of food baskets and/or medicines
