Suppose you live at latitude 30∘N. Which of the following describes the conditions that make a star circumpolar?


   Stars are circumpolar if they have declination > +60∘.
   Stars are circumpolar if they have right ascension < 6 hr.
   Stars are circumpolar if they have declination > +30∘.
   Stars are circumpolar if they have right ascension > 6 hr.
   No stars are circumpolar at this latitude.
