Patients with chronic renal failure who are receiving dialysis are prone to injury because of:
1.   bone demineralization, peripheral neuropathy.
2.   fatigue, drug side effects.
3.   impaired immune response, malnutrition.
4.   multiple life changes, hormone deficiencies.
