When assessing the capillary refill, the nurse may document as normal a refill time of:
1.   3 seconds.
2.   5 seconds.
3.   6 seconds.
4.   8 seconds.

Does it specify age? I thought cap refill for normal adult should be < or = 2 seconds. Anything above can mean something.

Capillary refill is a method of quick assessment of perfusion to the extremities. A normal capillary refill time is 3 seconds or less.
