A)   4% - 50% = –46%, which corresponds to a Z score of –1.75 
B)   50% - 46% = 4%, which corresponds to a Z score of 0.10 
C)   50% - 4% = 46%, which corresponds to a Z score of 1.75 
D)   34% + 14% - 4% = 44%, which corresponds to a Z score of 1.55 or 1.56
