What is the difference between copying findings from a previous encounter and citing findings from a previous encounter?

  A) Copying findings indicates that the same provider previously documented the findings, whereas citing findings indicates that the documentation happened at a separate provider.
  B) Copying findings will make them current findings in the encounter, whereas citing findings allows the previous findings to be visible but not part of the current encounter.
  C) Copying findings will allow the direct visual comparison between current findings and previous findings, whereas citing findings will just add a shortcut link to the previous findings.
  D) There is no difference between copying and citing findings from a previous encounter.
