1. Rapid breathing and an ashen look will be present because the baby is not able to push the blood to the lungs in order to get oxygen.
2. Tachycardia and apnea are not present.
3. Bradycardia and apnea are not present.
4. The baby would be ashen and have rapid tachypnea.
