Hi,
Does anyone have experience on DNA fiber analysis (combing) for S. pombe organism? I need a thorough protocol for that if any one can spare one or leave a link to.

There's a whole website dedicated to Schizosaccharomyces pombe: http://www-bcf.usc.edu/~forsburg/index.html In terms of protocols, you might have to dig through their resources. If you do find one, please upload it for us to see.
