Are naive b cells activated solely by THelper cells or can they be activated just by antigen and without THelper cells too?

In normal B cell differentiation, naive B cells are activated by antigen through the B cell receptor (BCR) and by T cell help through the CD40 receptor so that they proliferate and progress through a germinal center reaction.
