Stewart was having a hard time with his Job Search Journey. He was trying to balance school, a part-time job, and family commitments while trying to apply for jobs. His initial strategy was to submit his Job Application Package for five openings every week and to go to a career-related event once a month. After two months, he still hadnt heard back from any companies. He was getting frustrated, especially after he noticed that he spent an average of an hour on each application. He stepped back and reflected on his strategy. He decided instead of spending five hours per week on applications, he would spend two hours at an event or conducting Career Networking interviews per week and two hours applying to more targeted job opportunities. Steward started getting responses with his new strategy

Map out the hours you are spending on each task versus effectiveness. If you are not getting response from your current activities, consider other ideas to try.

Depends on current strategy. Possibilities include increase personal touch or timeliness in follow up or application.
