Assume that restaurants in your state aren't required to provide alcohol server training to those employees who serve alcoholic beverages, so neither do you.

How would you defend yourself against a charge of failure to exercise reasonable care if one of your employees served alcohol to an underage person, who then left your restaurant and, while driving home, caused a car accident that killed him as well as two others in the vehicle he hit?
