If a client is engaging in illegal behaviors that the social worker finds concern-ing, the worker should:
 
  a. Ignore your concerns and move on
  b. Try to point out ways the client may end up in trouble
  c. Refer the client to another worker who you know has questionable ethics
  d. Close the case and not let the client know
