Muscle cells (they generate ATP energy) which ultimately requires functional mitochondria. This also includes heart cells.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12638015

Sperm cells also have a large number of mitochondria that produce energy to move via flagella.

Symptoms include poor growth, loss of muscle coordination, muscle weakness, visual problems, hearing problems, learning disabilities, mental retardation, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory disorders, neurological problems, and dementia.

Good response bio_man, a simple one would be muscle, nerve, and other very metabolically active cells that require a large amount of ATP.
