Briefly explain where the energy comes from in a one-minute sustained muscle contraction (1 minute "fast" exercise!). Hint: break it down into 3 "periods" and indicate how long each period would last and where the energy is coming from for each period; see table 10-1 on pg. 317 (table 10-2 if you have the 9th edition).
