What happens with illegally seized evidence in juvenile proceedings?
 
  a. It can be used against the youth.
  b. It is inadmissible in an adjudicatory hearing.
  c. It can be used against the youth, but only if it points to their guilt.
  d. It can be used at the youth's hearing, and the officers can be liable for the intrusion.
