The basic idea behind the good faith exception is that the exclusionary rule should only apply if there was:
 
  a. deterrable misconduct by the police.
  b. any type of misconduct by the police.
  c. any type of misconduct by any segment of the criminal justice system.
  d. deterrable misconduct by any private citizen.
