Why is viability problematic as a criterion of personhood?
   a.   It is dependent on technology rather than on any characteristic of the fetus.
   b.   It is based solely on the developmental stage of the fetus and does not take into account new technologies that can keep very premature infants alive.
   c.   It is based on the Catholic concept of ensoulment and not everyone is Catholic.
   d.   Because Roe v. Wade forbids states from passing laws protecting viable fetuses.
