I am curious about what is the things that makes the watch shine in the dark. I am in search of the information about this chemical. But I failed to

I would be grateful if someone could give me the name of the things that make Seiko shine.

It is due to the phosphorus. This is called phosphorescence. In simple terms, phosphorescence is a process in which energy absorbed by a substance is released relatively slowly in the form of light. This is in some cases the mechanism used for "glow-in-the-dark" materials which are "charged" by exposure to light. Phosphorescent materials "store" absorbed energy for a longer time, as the processes required to re-emit energy occur less often.
