Where does DNA methylation, the Risk Pathway, and the Ubiquitination system occur in a cell?  I am guessing that methylation and the risk pathway occur in the nucleus while ubiquitination occurs in the cytoplasm?

It is presently unclear if ubiquitination occurs in the cytoplasm and/or the nucleus, but if I were to guess, I'd say it also occurs in the nucleus.
