By using a team teaching approach, large-group instruction could be used on some days and small-group or individualized instruction on other days. When one teacher of the team is providing a large-group lesson, the other teacher could meet with a small group of students to help them achieve success with a specific task, or with an individual student who needed one-on-one help to achieve success.
