The highly ordered structure of the lipid bilayer makes its generation and maintenance energetically unfavorable

Is this True or False.
If its false can you explain why?

False... If the phospholipid weren't in a ball (sphere shape), it would be unfavorable, because a planar phospholipid bilayer would have its edges exposed to water (hydrophobic areas are in contact with water). This isn't the case though, because naturally the lipids will spontaneously seal and will always form a closed compartment. Also, because of the very nature of its geometry, water stays on the inside and outside, facing the polar heads; the lipid bilayer remains intact, no lipids leave.  However, the lipids do move freely within the bilayer.
