How do translation and transcription differ?
  1.Translation occurs in the nucleus, while transcription takes place in the cytoplasm.
  2.Translation involves mRNA, but transcription does not.
  3.Transcription involves a promoter, while translation begins with a start codon.
  4.mRNA is produced by transcription, but tRNA is not.
