#19. In populations in which commonly first cousin marry, some autosomal recessive disorders such as albinism and phenylketonuria are far more likely than elsewhere.
If the frequency of a recessive allele changes from 0.0001 to 0.01 after several generations, the most probable cause is that
a) a high rate of mutation is involved
b) non random mating is occuring
c) random mating is occuring
d) inbreeding causes the population to increase

#20. a population has two alleles for a particular gene (B and b), and the allele frequency of B is 0.70. the frequency of the heterozygous genotype is a). 0.30 b).0.09 c).0.49 d).0.42
I think it is d) p=0.70 right, so 1-0.70=0.30
2pq=2(.7)(.3)=0.42
