Glial cells are responsible for transmitting information throughout the brain.

Myelin stimulates an action potential, and this sends a signal out through a dendrite; the strength of the signal is more important than the connection.

Neurons do not touch one another; there is a small gap between them called a synaptic cleft.

Axons touch other axons, and dendrites touch other dendrites; the neuron itself does not matter.

This is correct.

Neurons do not touch one another. Instead, a neuron sends its messages across a gap called a synapse by releasing neurotransmitters.
