3 pounds * $3.06/pound = $9.18
4 pounds * $3.74/pound = $14.96
3 pounds * $3.57/pound = $10.71

$9.18 + $14.96 + $10.71 = $34.85 cost for all the confetti.

4 + 3 + 3 = 6 pounds of confetti.

The cost per pound is
$34.85/6 = $5.80
