If f(x) = g(x) for all values of x except possibly for x = 2 and limx→2 g(x)=5 , then

a. f(2)=5
b.limx→2 f(x)may not equal 5
c.limx→2f(x)=5

2.If f(x)={4x+1 if xnot equals to , x+b if x=0} and limx→0 f(x)=f(0) , then
a. b=0
b. the value of b cannot be determined
c. b=1

3.A right circular cylinder with a height of 10 cm and a surface area of S
cm2 has a radius given by

r(S) = 1/2 (√(100 +2S/π)− 10 )
Find lim s→0+ r(S) analytically and interpret your result.

I think by setting b = 0, the intercepts will mismatch. The way I see it is that it's a linear piecewise function, and b for the second equation presents the y-intercept. I'm certain (a) is wrong.
