How can I boost my energy level w/o the use of caffeine, energy drinks, or other prescription drugs?

That's contingent on many factors. I'd suggest sleeping more often Wink Face Otherwise, try to eat meals where you are not 100% full all the time. Being full means have to digest more food, and digestion requires a lot of energy.

I try to be consistent with my sleep and avoid taking afternoon naps.  With food I find that eating smaller meals more frequently doesn't cause me to be as drowsy.  Thanks for the tips!
