The more lines you get per mm, the better (or more accurate) the reading.

For 100 lines/mm, there are 10 dots
For 300 lines/mm, there are 7-8 dots
For 600 lines/mm, there are 5 dots



Based on above description, for 600 lines/mm, there are only 5 dots, the wider between dots, more accurate the reading to determine the wavelength, would it be correct?

Do you have any suggestions?
