People who born on feb 29 leap day, so they celebrate their birthday once every four years?
How do people that were born on a leap day deal with their birthdays? Does their ID say they were born on that day?

Their IDs record the date they were born, so if happened to be on Feb. 29, that's what would be stated.

Those born on the Feb. 29 usually celebrate their birthday on March 1. It makes sense because if they celebrated it on the 29th this year, 365 days later is March 1.
