What is an advantage to using a standardized recipe?

▸ There will always be some leftovers.

▸ The exact number of servings to be produced will be known.

▸ All of the ingredients needed may be obtained from the storeroom.

▸ The recipe may be increased in size many times without re-standardizing it.
