2. Two parallel vertical metal plates 14.0 apart have a 683V voltage of across them. A particle of charge 5.01E-4 and -12 is Introduced info the field through a hole in the positive plate at an initial velocity of 3.63E5m/s. What the final speed of the particle when it hits the negative plate? 

What is the magnitude of the electric field between the plates?
