Dr. Selinske administered the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality test to her students to help them determine the kind of career that would be best for them. "I'm an ISFJ," proclaimed Thomas. "I'm an ENTP," Shannon remarked. What is the problem with Dr. Selinske's assessment approach?

▸ Dr. Selinske gave the MBTI in a class setting when it should only be given in a clinic setting.

▸ Dr. Selinske couldn't possibly have had a list of all possible careers, which could invalidate the approach.

▸ Dr. Selinske administered a test that hasn't demonstrated appropriate predictive validity.

▸ Dr. Selinske didn't have a second rater score the students' responses to establish interrater reliability.
