The website rules state each question needs to be written word for word.

Resistance of a conducter is given as; R= \(\rho\) *lengh t /area , where \(\rho\) is resistivity of a given material. From the above relation, we conclude that resistance is directly propertional to the resistivity. Increase in resistivity increases the resistance of a conductor.
