Why is  dark matter called "dark matter"?
      
a. It does not interact strongly with light, but it does have gravity like other matter.
      
b. It absorbs all light and exerts gravity.
      
c. It is made from black holes.
      
d. The name is misleading because it is pure energy rather than matter.

The correct answer is It does not interact strongly with light, but it does have gravity like other matter.

The dull matter is called dim on the grounds that it doesn't seem to connect with the electromagnetic field, which implies it doesn't ingest, reflect or discharge electromagnetic radiation, and is in this way hard to recognize.
