In Canada, unionization reached a peak in 1978. Furthermore, in 1974 nearly 14.7 strikes took place for every 100,000 Canadian non-agricultural workers falling to less than 0.4 strikes for every 100,000 Canadian non-agricultural workers by 2018. What explains these numbers?
