Explanation: Karyotyping is the laboratory process in which an image of every chromosome is analyzed. From this image, it is possible to observe abnormal number and/or structures of chromosome. By this process, a diploid (2n) wild banana and a triploid (3n) seedless banana cell can be differentiated.
