Hey, This problem : hey i need help on this problem: A pt weighs 65 lb. They are prescribed a drug that is dosed 15mg/kg/day. a. How many mg for one day's dose?. B. How many mg for one dose? does not say what the frequency is it only say 15 mg/kg/day so how am I suppose to find the one dose?

I too was confused, because the question is supposed to tell you the frequency. It's impossible to answer how much per dose if it has not been prescribed.

The only assumption we can make is to say that 1 dose is given per day, and in that case the answer would be 442.25 mg per dose.
