Could a simple viewpoint help in dealing with cancer, hereditary diseases, and viral diseases?

This simple viewpoint is:  ordered orderliness vs. ordered disorderliness as far as the nucleotide rungs in the DNA molocules of genes are concerned.
The nucleotide rungs of the DNA molecules of genes of healthy cells have an ordered orderliness to them.  They are ordered in that they can function as living cells; they have an orderliness in that they can function as healthy cells.
The nucleotide rungs of DNA molecules of genes of diseased cells have an ordered disorderliness to them.  The nucleotide rungs are ordered in that the cells can function as living cells; the rungs have a disorderliness to the rung in that these cells function as diseased cells.
Perhaps the above fine "hairsplitting" may be necessary to study dieases that affect the genes of diseased cells.  The exact nature of ordered orderliness vs. ordered disorderliness must be studied with each different disease.
