Cricket or Football Origin First?

If I am correct, Both Cricket (England, Europe) & Football (Europe) are the Origin where the outdoor games were started.

1 Football started from which country in Europe?

2 Which centuries did the Sports originate?

15th, 16th, 17th century?

Thanks & Regards,
Prashant S Akerkar

England is the most specific location lol  The first known reference to cricket being played as an adult sport was in 1611 in the Weald, a region of southeast England.

Google Assistant has given the answer for Football origin in London, Queen's Street, England - 19th century.

So Cricket is older than Football.

Soccer (football) consists of a person kicking a ball into a net. This idea of kicking a ball for sport can be traced back to ancient civilizations, BUT the modern version of soccer is generally thought to have originated in England, when various forms of folk football were codified into a more organized game that we see today. Nevertheless, cricket is the older of the two sports, as you mentioned before.
