Author Seeks Help with Sci-Fi Novel

Hello to all, good to be here, and I hope this is an appropriate board for this topic.

I have finished a Sci-Fi novel and it includes genetic research into unique DNA discovered by a shadow group. I am looking for someone that has an understanding of this topic who might be interested in examining the details I have written. There are only two places in the book that an attempt to create a convincing scenario goes into detail, but I want to ensure it comes across with a realistic tone, despite it being science fiction.

So, if there are any Sci-Fi fans here that might be interested in taking a look at a few excerpts, I'd greatly appreciate your time.
