List the tables with primary keys, attributes, and foreign keys that implement the following UML Class diagram given the accompanying list of attributes.

Types of bicycles and Bicycle inventory are on the left side; a connector connects these components. The values of the connector are 0..1 and 0..*. On the left side, there are two components, Customers and Geographic region; a straight line connects these components. The values of the straight line are 0..* and 1..1. Sales is at the center of these components. A step line connects bicycle inventory and Sales with the values 0..* and 1..*. A step line connects Customers and Sales; the line values are 0..* and 1..1.
