a) DNA: CAA - CTA - AAC - TGA - GGG - CTT

b) It'll be silent because it'll change GUU to GUG which codes for the same amino acid.

for part B, the *2nd* nucleotide in the DNA template has changed from A to C. Hence, the first AA of the sequence changes from valine (GUU) to glycine (GGU). Did I miss something?

Oh, you're right. I don't know why I did GUG. >< Yeah, so for part b it should be missense mutation instead because it just changes that one amino acid.
